The first member of the UK's Parliament actually launched his own app. This could have been a very useful communication tool, but instead it was just terrible. TNW said, "The key lesson here is to keep your navigation simple, particularly when your app is aimed at the general public. Usability depends on allowing users to easily complete tasks. If a button is placed in the ‘wrong place,’ users will get frustrated. If the flow of an application is unnatural, users will get frustrated." Never forget that first impressions are important when it comes to mobile apps!
